I have been shopping at Blackbird since it opened & am so grateful I boutique has opened in Bateau Bay. Their products are clearly bought with care and research. The staff are absolutely wonderful, particularly Michelle who is always welcoming, kind and warm

This is my local go to store for everything. They have a range of affordable and also beautiful homewares, giftware and clothes. The staff are always super friendly and go above and beyond to help you find the right thing. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit. Thoroughly recommend

Blackbird a lovely, enchanting store. Gorgeous Homewares, Gifts, Jewellery and Clothing .🌟 The owner, Michelle has impeccable taste and provides wonderful, personal customer service. Everything in the store is beautifully designed and of good quality. If you live on the Central Coast or are on holidays here put this on your to do list you will not be disappointed.

I have been shopping at Blackbird for years and have always found the staff and owner, to be friendly and welcoming. They always go beyond, to help me find a special item or clothing that suits my shape. I returned an item without any problem, the staff were pleasant and understanding. I have always had a wonderful experience every time I have entered Blackbird. I recommend this beautiful boutique without hesitation.

I love this shop so much so glad I am in walking distance. Great clothes and excellent advice. Have never had problems with returns if it is faulty at all. The staff are wonderful and always so professional and accommodating. Thank you Michelle and Alison for your wonderful taste in what you order and your kind and friendly service always. I like to support our local stores and if they all had the customer service and the fair pricing that Blackbird has you make it easy for me. xx

What a wonderful experience!! The moment I walked into this store, I was greeted by a gorgeous lady where her customer service was second to none. She went on to help me choose a gift that I needed for the event that I was attending, I even found the perfect dress. I am amazed at all the beautiful collections and pieces in this store. If you are wanting anything from jewellery, homewares, gifts and fashion where the staff are super helpful, warm and friendly, this is the store to visit. 100% recommended.
